Welcome to Charlie Hugo Fitness! If you want to lose weight, get fit, prepare for a specific event (triathlons, 10K races, weddings, etc.) AND have fun doing it, then Charlie Hugo Fitness is a great choice for you.
In a nutshell, I offer affordable, effective fitness programs in a safe, fun environment. Fitness programs are customized to meet your particular fitness goals, and also are designed to accommodate any "war wounds" or injuries that might prevent you from doing specific activities.
Workouts are highly varied to keep you from getting bored and also prevent your body from "hitting a plateau." But there are some common denominators that I weave into all workouts. These include a blend of strength training, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility.
And, if you're interested in credentials, mine are some of the strongest you'll find:
--A college degree in physical education
--Years of experience in exercise physiology
--A top finisher in "Ironman" races
--A world qualifier at the Olympic distance triathlon
--Certifications in triathlon training, swimming, yoga and spinning
